What Does a BBL Procedure Entail?

Brazilian butt lift Turkey procedure in our clinics is performed by highly skilled experts. BBL procedure involves the subsequent steps:

  • First of all, the expert will have a consultation with you before the procedure in order to evaluate your desired look and provide information about the operation.
  • Once it is confirmed that you meet the necessary criteria for BBL, the body parts suitable for fat harvesting through liposuction will be determined.
  • On the day of the procedure, you will be placed under general anesthesia, administered and monitored by an anesthesiologist, as fat harvesting is an invasive operation.
  • The specialist will perform liposuction to harvest fat tissues from predetermined areas of your body. The operation will begin with creating very small incisions in the skin.
  • Then a cannula, which is a small stainless steel tube, will be inserted through these small incisions, between muscle and skin where the fat is located.
  • The fat tissues will be extracted by suction into the cannula and a large syringe. Extracted fat will be purified from other substances, such as excess fluid, and prepared for transfer into the buttocks.
  • A couple of incisions will also be similarly made around your buttocks. Then the purified fat will be injected through these incisions around your buttocks to give them a round, lifted shape.
  • At the end of the procedure, the specialist will close both the liposuction and fat transfer incisions by suturing to minimize visible scarring.
  • Your specialist can also apply a compression garment to the operated areas to minimize the risk of bleeding and enhance the healing process.

I was scheduled for a tummy tuck, arm lift, BBL w/back and waist Vaser liposuction with Dr Buğra İpek M.D.
After speaking with the anesthesiologist, she recommended only having 2 of the procedures and Thank God I took her advice. I had the tummy tuck and arm lift and I was extremely pleased with the entire clinic staff. They were professional and caring. The only downfall at times was the language barrier with the nurses not knowing English. Google Translate was a saviour. The clinic was clean and displayed exactly as it was in the videos that I received and the research I did on this clinic. I had these procedures because I was once 300 lbs and lost 160 lbs. I am as fit and defined as much as possible but could not get rid of the excess skin. I am very pleased with Vanity and I will return for the remaining procedures. I want to express that all of the accommodations were superb, including the hotel staff and transportation services.

I never really do posts but I haven’t come across anyone on real self with lengthy details about their experience with liposuction and butt implants. I had my surgery at Vanity Cosmetic Surgery on the 29th March 2024. I am a 24 year old female 5’1 in height and my weight is 52kg with a BMI of 21.7 which is average. My implant is 390cc. Day one of surgery I was really well woke up with drains and catheter and I did 2 lots of walking. There was some tightness and pain where my implants were placed. I ate well and not until the 2nd day I didn’t feel so great as soon as I got up I felt lightheaded and I kept collapsing. Everyone at Vanity was so helpful and looked after me so well! I couldn’t recommend the staff and surgeons enough! I would definitely advise for someone to go with you because I definitely couldn’t have done it alone. The only downside was food. I would recommend asking someone to bring you food as I couldn’t eat what the hospital gave me. Day 3 I felt much more better as I was put on electrolytes drips. I did get up and walking throughout the day and night and I did return to the hotel on day 3. Still painful and tight on my buttock area. From the pictures my surgeon took, he really shocked me as I didn’t think it’d look this good! It was all that I was asking for! A heart shaped butt! Finally in proportion with my thighs! I will post as much as I can throughout my whole entire journey! If anyone would like to have Brazilian butt lift and butt implants I would say brace yourself! It isn’t a walk in the park! I had an amazing experience at Vanity and could not fault them and an amazing support system around me giving me all the support and encouragement to have a speedy recovery.

I have waited 6 weeks before writing this review because I wanted to understand my results better before commenting on my experience! I had breast reduction & fat transfer to butt and hips (incl lipo). The clinic is extremely professional and clean! The drivers are punctual, patient and kind! From my arrival they took me straight to a private hospital to have my bloods taken, where the driver checked me in and stayed with me the whole time. He then checked me in to my hotel for me, absolute gentleman. my patient coordinator, an amazing kind person who listens, answers any questions, has fantastic English and has been prompt in his follow ups with me (to the surgeon) since being back home! I do wish my surgeon took the time to provide a computer aided drawing to show how he envisioned my results to look post op, it did feel rushed, but regardless the results are outstanding. Surgery went perfectly, however I would encourage anyone visiting to always do their own research on aftercare as I feel like with the language barrier this was the only thing that was missing from my experience, however I had done my research therefore knew what to expect. (Lymphatic drainage massages etc) The nurses were lovely, my advice is to be kind and you will be treated with kindness. Now! I did freak out at my fat transfer to hips & butt results initially, and I couldn’t find anything similar online so I have decided to (try to) include photos to this review, being very vulnerable and honest. If you get a bbl, even fat transfer to hips, it was my experience that it did not look pretty FOR WEEKS!! I cried, multiple times, and the surgeon said all I could do was wait 6 months to see how it settled. There was a huge amount of swelling that occurred for me, and everywhere else online just said mild to moderate swelling. So please just trust your surgeon! My surgeon did an incredible job with my breast reduction, my breasts are literally SO perfect and completely symmetrical. Lipo, the results are far better than I could have hoped for, so thank you Dr Mehmet, you are an artist! My fat transfer to hips and butt are still evolving literally daily as some fat is absorbed and swelling continues to go down, however they are starting to look EXACTLY how I wanted, despite the weeks of being scared to look in the mirror! They will continue to soften and evolve over the next 6 months to my true results. Overall, this clinic was exceptional, thank you to everyone to looked after me, to my surgeon, thank you, you have literally changed my life ???? my patient coordinator for just being the best , the nurses and drivers! I have already recommended my friends to attend here, and may in the future brave the commute (22hrs from Aus) and see you all again!

Rating: 5/5 Summary: Great experience with trained professionals and promised results. I highly recommend Vanity Clinic for plastic surgery in Türkiye. I wanted to change the shape of my saggy glutes, so I researched options in Istanbul. My coordinator from Vanity Clinic was one of the first to respond with a quote. The package included a silicone implant, airport/clinic/hotel transport, pre-operative exams, 2 nights in the hospital, and 7 nights in a 4-star hotel. I was informed that the cost might change after the in-person assessment with the doctor. Upon arrival in Istanbul, I was picked up at the airport and taken to the clinic for pre-operative exams, then to the nearby Mercure Hotel. The next day, I met with my surgeon, who was extremely professional. His first question, “Have you done your research? What do you think?” reassured me, as I value doctors who respect the fact that we do our own research. I explained that I knew the surgery wouldn’t completely solve the sagging issue but hoped for better shape. Dr agreed that the implant would help but recommended transferring some fat from my lower back to one of the glutes for better symmetry, considering my untreated severe scoliosis. He was honest about the challenges and expected results. After an evaluation with anesthesiologist, I underwent surgery. My surgeon combined two procedures (silicone implant and BBL), giving my glutes a shape I am now proud of. I travelled alone and experienced anxiety during my hospital stay, but nurse was exceptionally empathetic and took great care of me. During my recovery at the hotel, I received full assistance from customer service representative and a visit from a nurse whose name I unfortunately don’t remember.
